EQUIPMENT PREVIEW
Precision at the speed of Innovation
NEW! SERVOMASTER™ SONIC
The ServoMaster™ Sonic is engineered for high-speed, high-precision feeding, making it the ultimate solution for demanding coil processing applications. Featuring advanced Servo Piloting technology, it delivers exact control over pilot timing and location while maintaining ideal pressure for delicate, light-gauge materials. At its core is a Direct Drive motor that eliminates mechanical backlash, allowing for pinpoint accuracy in feed length and significantly reduced acceleration and deceleration times. The result is smoother operation, faster cycle times, and unmatched consistency—making the ServoMaster Sonic Feed the perfect blend of speed, control, and reliability.
PILOTING FEEDER STRAIGHTENER
The COE Piloting Feeder Straightener, commonly used in COE’s SpaceMaster™ Compact Feed Lines, is an ideal solution for facilities with limited floor space. By combining the feeder and straightener into a single, space-saving unit, this machine eliminates the need for a traditional loop between separate components—placing the material loop under or behind the coil reel instead. Depending on the material and application, compact lines can occupy up to 50% less space than conventional systems. In addition to the space savings, COE’s Piloting Feeder Straightener can be a more economical choice, often costing less than purchasing a separate feeder and straightener, and removing the need to excavate a costly loop pit. For applications requiring piloting, the system can automatically open both pinch and straightening rolls, allowing die pilot pins to align the strip with precision before advancing to the next progression—ensuring consistent, accurate feeding throughout the stamping process.
EVERYTHING COIL EDUCATION CENTER
Introducing the Everything Coil™ Education Center
The Everything Coil™ Education Center is a dedicated space within our main booth where COE experts will deliver short, focused presentations throughout the day. These sessions are designed to help attendees better understand the full coil processing journey—from material handling to feeding and integration. Whether you're an engineer, maintenance lead, or decision-maker, you’ll gain valuable insight into how each component contributes to uptime, precision, and performance. No equipment walkthroughs, no pressure—just practical knowledge presented in a clear, approachable format.

YIELD STRENGTH: THE BACKBONE OF STEEL COIL PROCESSING
This presentation highlights the critical importance of yield strength in our industry. Yield strength determines how a material will react under stress especially when the material transitions from elastic to plastic deformation states. This information is critical in understanding how our machines work and how to operate the machines to get desired results. Through comparisons between mild and HS steel, we explore how yield strength impacts forming, straightening and tooling. Real world examples across industries such as automotive, construction and heavy equipment demonstrate why understanding yield strength isn’t just technical but also a business decision. Choosing the right material and knowing the material can help affect downtime, scrap rates, tooling wear and overall profitability.
