COE Press Equipment offers conventional coil feed lines and press coil systems designed for a wide range of applications, including progressive die feeding and blanking. These systems can handle diverse materials and a broad spectrum of specifications, including coil widths from 1 to 78 inches, thicknesses from 0.010 to 0.725 inches, and weights up to 60,000 pounds. They are capable of processing materials with a yield strength of 10 to 300 KSI at speeds from 70 to 250 FPM. With a compact footprint and user-friendly PLC controls, these lines are highly customizable and designed to reduce setup and launch times.
